I couldn't think of a title. this describes how exashausting martial arts training can be.

punching bags shaking
we're all wet
with sticky sweat
" five minutes. go."
footsteps pounding on the floor
pick up the pace!
stomach's aching
muscels quaking
get on the blue line
20 jumping jacks
"stop."
right snap kick
hike!
left.
hike!
who's tired?
we all raise our hands.
"10 pushups."
punching bags shaking
muscels quaking
we're all wet with sticky sweat
water bottles
are constantly being picked up
"get a hand pad"
T, Ameilia,
get up here.
we get up trying not to fall over
"right jab, left punch. hook kick or snap kick."
start.
"aim for the head."
but we just want to go back to bed
"go sit down. everyone get a bag.
thrust kicks."
