As my pen hovers
Above this wretched empty page
I ponder the day near approaching where my gift is to be lost
Perhaps it was a mistake
And I should never have been able to make words twist at my will
Perhaps I have sinned
And should be cursed through losing my only strength
No matter the reason
The problem still stands
I have yet to be inspired
And so incased in writers block I remain

Okay people, I've written a whole bunch of new stuff lately (last night) that no one's read. It's frustrating. Ohhhhhhhhhhh I'm gonna go to a poetry cafe, maybe I'll preform. What do you all think? |
