Bright.
Clinging to knives,
L.ust in their eyes,
Stabbed to the bone,
One weeps alone.
They cling to blades instead of dolls,
Cradle guns instead of balls.
Whips and chains,
Guts and brains,
Will the horrors never end?
With mother's corpse
They all jump rope
Abandon hearts,
Forget last hopes.
Set them free to run amok,
Remove the thin remaining block,
Let them run, run in the rain,
In the bloody rain.
Bodies on the dusty road,
A pair of folded stockings white.
A treat is gore, a la mode,
Fevered grins, eyes too bright.
Taste it.
Taste the rain.
Taste the fears, and the pain.
Watch the children dance and sing,
Frocks no longer white and clean.
Taste the crimson bleeding sky.
Never stop and wonder why.
Let it soak you to the bone.
Taste it.
