" Leana! your not going to school looking like a slu-" " your not my mother AMANDA!" I said rolling my eyes at my step mother who wasn't wearing anything but a robe. "well your father married me so that makes me your mother smarty." amanda said."bye." I said walking out the door so i could catch the bus before it pulled off. " Hey Peena." Claire ( the mean girl of the school of Orange Valley) said. I frowned and walked to the back of the bus. A unfimiliar girl with green hair came and sat next to me. " Hey, " she said extending her hand.I shook her hand and smiled." You must be new, " I said putting a stand of my hair behind my ear. " How would you know? " she asked. " I haven't seen you around."I said. " Well,here is some facts about me my name is Kate I'm from Brooklin I used to live there Um, if your wondering my hair isn't natuarly green and lastley i'm-" Just then a girl ran up to her and kissed her on the lips. " G.a.y." she said breathlessly." This is my girlfriend Nirinda." Kate said smiling. The bus sputtered as it stopped right in front of Orange Valley. " Well um time for class," I said smiling at her easing myself out of the bus. As I walked throught the door I saw Claires boyfriend, Alex,. As i was gazing at Alex kate ran up to me. " we're having a pool party today wanna come." Kate said holding Nirinda's hand." I'll be there." I said smiling. The warning bell rang." gotta Go! " I panicked runing down the hall.
