A/N: I'm going through a poem phase. :/ Lol. A few things to note: 1) isn't very good.
2) Probably doesn't make sense and 3) has about five different 'voices' or 'speakers'. 4)it's V E R Y long. 5) EEk, yes, Antonia is my full name. Lol. (: Lol. Enjoy (:

Dear Judge, to the stand I call my first witness,
In this terrible and so tragic business,
I call upon Miss Antonia Izobel Bohr
The liar, the dxmned and the wanton whxre.
Is it true that you, the she-devil in disguise,
Wears a mask of innocence behind which one hides?

An insinuation of such I abhor –

Just answer the question please Miss Bohr!

I guess in some light, it is indeed true.
But everyone here can agree to this too!

Now, Miss Bohr, this is what was said about you,
“A contemptible liar and betrayer,” be this true?

I…err…you see-

Don’t dillydally, Miss Bohr, what this be?
*
A lie, I tell you, its all a lie.
*
Oh, a fib says she, the truth says I.

Objection! Judge, I do implore. This is hearsay.

I’ll allow it, Defense. Prosecutor, continue you may.

Thank you, judge, may there be no more interruption,
And instead served only the truth, lest the lie be corruption.
Now, Miss Antonia, Or Toni as you prefer,
For this question to Evidence two I refer.
A bloodied knife, your fingerprints galore
You saw your plan had a mighty flaw.
So you ran and ditched this bloody knife
In a hope you will get away with your life.
Is this, Miss Bohr, an accurate account,
Of your nightly whereabouts?

Alas, no, it is more lies.
For such an account I do deny.
Upon that night, I enraged no brutality,
I am a savior, a preserver of humanity.
I have always believed in the worth of life,
Why in hell would I take that knife?

Jealousy, Miss Bohr, you were a jealous creature.
You wanted Miss Cart out of the picture,
So your claws into her man you could latch,
And land yourself a most beautiful catch!

Objection! Judge, please this is wrong.
A defer, a break, a something I do long!
*
Defense you have had your say this night,
I implore you to allow the Prosecutor his right.
Stop your objections for they mean naught,
In this room a lesson will be taught.
Prosecutor, continue and ignore his begs.
Continue your case against this dreg.

Thank you, my lord; your confidence is great,
This is my last question, the sealing of her fate.
Did you, Miss Antonia Bohr, run this knife through the heart,
Of the sweet naïve nurse named Miss Anna Cart?
She devoted her life to saving the innocent,
And at the hands of you to heaven she was sent.
Do you deny the blatant truth; do you confirm your guilt?
The scales of this outcome you cannot tilt.

Please don’t be blind, please see.
I would never hurt such a gentle child,
Whose manner was so kind and mild.

No! The devil runs rife in her mind,
Not an inch of truth will you find,
Amongst the darkness festering inside,
All feelings of innocence and kind have died.
You are guilty, Miss Bohr, we can all see,
Admit the truth and let the court be.

Injustice! This is a complete outrage!

Ha, behold the beast released from its cage.
Come, show us your might, cruel beast,
The terror upon Miss Cart you unleashed.

No, no, I am innocent I swear!
*
Judge, Jury, show no ounce of fear!
But, my dear trusty jury,
Look upon that terrible fury.
A creature controlled by her own jealous rage,
Helpless and weak, she cannot be saved.
Jury, Judge, do not be lenient
She was insane from the time of infant.
This, dear court is my closing statement,
Now is the time to make your final judgment.

Kind, trusted jury, what be your decree?
Do you condemn her, a death guarantee?

Aye, Master Judge, our judgment be nigh,
Miss Antonia Bohr is guilty in our eyes.
Of murder, and plotting and lies most sinning,
To keep her alive would be a grave misdoing.

To death, Antonia, I sentence you,
To hang by the neck, dead and true,
For murder and depravity, you’ll expire
And burn in the hell’s most torturous fire.

And you’ll burn beside me dear judge Kin,
For each of us has a conscious of sin.
Beside me you will all burn too,
Wasted and dead, death rings true |
