This will(maybe) become a series of one hundred demons that plague me, you, and everyone in between.

Feel free to flame, behead me, or eat me.

I'm too tired to care.

100 Demons--

Part one.

Every author seems like a good person, we all do. We all seem like people that have souls, hearts, the ability to put dreams down on paper.

And yes, we have all that.

But to every good side, there is a demon.

You've seen her, heard her musical chiming tones, watched her gracefully whirl and twirl her way into the male lead's arms. You've scoffed, laughed, and flamed, swearing that this disgusting work of perfection is worthless, that she's not anything you would ever write.

But you're wrong.

She's there, behind your shunning eyes, behind the down-to-earth, random, crazy, wonderful person you think you are. She's begging you, begging you, pleading to be written.

She is your worst nightmare.

Mine has lustrous locks of auburn-chestnut hair, naturally bright viper green eyes, the complexion of pure, untouched snowfall, and a perky, latest fashion, Japanese-wannabe outfit.

Who is yours? Is yours the buxom blonde girl who wears outfits composed of little more than string and beads, yet somehow doesn't look s.l.u.t.t.y at all? Or is it the fantastical heroine, with every power you could think of, and hundreds of fawning animal companions? Or the skinny emo who says cheaply depressing lines, and is somehow the lucky love interest of a Twilight-rip-off vampire, ridiculous sparkling and all?

Whoever she is, she's there, hiding, waiting for a chance to slip into your work and captivate the hearts of all your massively inferior characters. Some embrace her, chase away the cold nights spent wondering why they couldn't be accepted, write her with a vengeance that practically screams, "I wish I was her!"

She's born of the pain and tears life brings us all, born of the anger we go through in our days, born of the idiotic superiors who insist on making us shiver in dark apprehension.

She was created the day you first thought, "Oh, if only I could be someone, anyone, but me."

She was solidified, permanently, when you followed with this lamenting thought.

"If only I could be someone like... her."

My friends, demon number one is the Sue inside us all.

The one who you once, long ago, took solace in wanting to be.

END.

Because it tastes yummy to him, of course. Metal is his favorite food!

Except for silver. Silver is yucky.

And he loooooves to eat human flesh.

To Izzy-- Thanks! I try my best not to let mine out of the deep, dark hole where I have cast them.

To Toni-- Yes. Chair eating.

To LIttlePlunes2-- A Sue is a ridiculously perfect girl. A Gary Stu is a ridiculously perfect man. Hope that helped.

Wow.

You don't do things halfway, do you...

I imagine meeting my character. If I like them, than they're probably a Sue/Stu.

Except for some rare exceptions, like my chair eating guy... but that's a different story.

Haha. Gutted. I have to list every triat they own in columns of good and bad just to make sure they have flaws. Then they get progammed into the character and it's all okay. Lol.

Thanks for the comment!

Yes, the Stu's count as well... I'm better at making my males flawed, though, so I don't have one of those. Lucky me... I get an egomaniac bi.tch intsead.

I like it. But I don't really have a Sue though, I have a STU more. Cause I'm weird.

Though I do remember my past Sue. By the name of Lorna. She was the emo, lucky love of a vampire. :/

It shames me now.

My Stu has faded a little now, because I make sure my characters have an element of selfishness or jealousy or something like that. He lingers still though. Dxmn him.
