Everything I said and meant,
wasn't just by accident.
I mean what I say,
even if they don't think so.
I'm sick of the tear stained cheeks,
I always seem to have.
I'm sick of the wall that I've built,
blocking out the love he radiates.
'Run while you can',
I seem to scream,
even if I don't mean it.
Turn back the sun,
but it doesn't matter because we're falling faster now.
He helps me up,
when I'm falling faster then everyone else.
He picks me up,
helps me to my feet.
I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have him.
Where would I honestly be,
if I didn't have him.
I tear down my walls,
begging him to enter.
He has my trust,
I have his.
I think it may last.
If it doesn't,
just another scrape.
It's not the first,
that I've got from a boy.
I'll probably cry for hours,
alone in my little corner.
Of course,
where would I be if I didn't have him?
It won't last long,
because I love him more then I could ever let on.
We're still together,
unfazed as we are.
Where would we be,
without each other? |
