A/N: Sorry about how bad part 5 was, but I'm giving you part 6. Enjoy.

Part 6

“Don’t forget to write,” my mother told me. We were at King’s Cross, and had gotten on Platform 9 and three quarters.

I nodded to her. My father was too busy at his job to come and see me off, but that wasn’t really what was on my mind at the moment. After I put Totie’s cage with all of the other cages in the certain part of the train, I boarded the train, my trunk in one hand, and found an empty compartment. I was mostly hoping that Draco wouldn’t find me. Ever since my first year I had been trying to shake him off.

But, alas, he soon found me, and entered the compartment with Crabbe and Goyle. I paid no heed to his chatter, just stared out of the window at the land rolling by.

The following morning I went down to breakfast. Sitting next to Draco at the Slytherin table, I glanced at Crabbe’s plate, which was piled with toast and bacon. The toast was smothered in butter and jam, and Crabbe was devouring it quickly. Realizing that Goyle was not sitting next to him, I turned to Draco and asked, “Where’s Goyle?”

Draco replied, “Scoffed down a lot of bad muffins at the feast last night. He’s at the Hospital Wing. The muffins were filled with a vomit inducing potion. I suspect one of those blokes the Weasleys.” He turned to direct a glare at Fred and George Weasley, who looked just a tad too cheerful.

Nodding, I took a piece of toast and took a bite. Suddenly, out of the corner of my eye I caught Harry Potter staring at me from the Gryffindor table. Swallowing, I looked up. He had turned away. After a moment, I turned away from him but kept partly watching him.

Soon, the sound of the screeches of owls let us know that the mail was here. I heard a croaky mew and Totie landed next to my plate. Taking a copy of the Daily Prophet from her mouth, I fed her some egg and a piece of bacon. Then, she purred as I stroked her for a minute before she took off.

I undid the string and unfolded the copy of the Daily Prophet. On the front cover the cover story was labeled in big, bold black print.

HARRY POTTER: A HERO OR A RAVING LUNATIC?

In his fourth year, the famous Harry Potter took part in the Triwizard Tournament, becoming one of two Hogwarts champions, despite an age line around the Goblet of Fire and despite the fact that only one Hogwarts champion should be chosen. Because of this fact, many have come to think that he is plotting against the wizarding world, his famous position setting him a sort of fake title to distract from the hideous deeds he accomplishes without notice. As he continues to tell the story of the death of Cedric Diggory, seventh year Hufflepuff and late Hogwarts champion, as an event that happened before the return of the dark wizard Voldemort, many have come to wonder whether the story is true or not. After all, aren’t we all wondering whether Harry Potter could have killed Cedric and then made up a lie to scare the wizarding world and set even more distraction from his true goals? We now have further proof to perhaps confirm the theory that Harry Potter is truly not a hero, but a madman. To see the full story, go to page 14.

I turned to Draco and asked, “Have you seen the main story on the Daily Prophet?”

Draco, grinning, looked up from his own copy. “Yep, that git is finally getting the blow he deserves.”

He and a few other Slytherins turned to look over at the bewildered Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger at the Gryffindor table, holding the Daily Prophet up so the front cover could be clearly seen and sneering. I did not join in.

As Crabbe finished the pile of toast on his plate and started to scarf down Draco’s now unnoticed food, I turned to page 14 of the Daily Prophet.

After the death of Cedric Diggory and the news of Harry Potter’s version of the story had gotten out, many people were beginning to question Potter’s sanity. After all, he was claiming that the Dark Lord Voldemort was back and that Cedric had been killed by Peter Pettigrew shortly before, who used the wand of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. The story itself seemed insane enough, but the fact that Potter is the one who told it makes him seem even more insane. Since his is the only story of Diggory’s death that there is, many wonder whether Potter himself is the one who murdered Diggory. For this, we cannot be sure, but other events in Potter’s life that have occurred make him even more suspicious of the murder. I recently had an interview with the cousin of Oliver Wood (who was captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team during Potter’s first two years at Hogwarts), a 5th year Hufflepuff known to have been a fairly good friend of Diggory’s. I will now give you a recollection of that event.

Me: So, you were a friend of Cedric Diggory, a Hufflepuff like yourself who was 3 years older than you?

Chris Wood: Yes, Oliver knew Cedric from when he was still at Hogwarts and that is how I came to know him. Since I had gotten in Hufflepuff, my Gryffindor cousin felt that I would be able to get along with him better even despite the age difference.

Me: Ah, yes. So, when the Triwizard Tournament was going on, did Cedric tell you that he wanted to put his name in the Goblet of Fire?

Chris Wood: Yes, in fact I encouraged him to do it, if I had been old enough I would have put my name in the Goblet of Fire along with him.

Me: Ah, yes, what brave students Hogwarts has these days. Tell me, were you ever concerned for Cedric’s safety as you watched him in the challenges?

Chris Wood: Oh, not really, well, since I was his friend I worried for him at least slightly, but I myself knew that he could handle the challenges. He was strong and brave.

Me: Of course. What do you make of Cedric’s death? Do you believe Potter’s story?

Chris Wood: I am not sure of Cedric’s death, but no, I absolutely do not believe Potter’s story. Only a fool would, he has no proof to follow it up. All I am sure of is that if Potter did kill Cedric, he must be cleverer than any of us think. He’s probably plotting something.

Me: Yes, well, what do you yourself think of Potter? Do you wish any sort of revenge upon him?

Chris Wood: I myself think that Potter is a dangerous, insane liar. He shouldn’t be trusted. I think that it is very possible that he killed him, almost impossible that he didn’t. Avenging Cedric? Yes, it has crossed my mind, and I think that if Potter has a wink of sense he better sleep with one eye open.

Me: Yes, thank you for sharing, Mr. Wood.

After my interview with Chris Wood, I am beginning to believe the theory of Potter’s insanity myself. And so, the question still remains. Harry Potter; a hero or a raving lunatic?
