“Show that pretty little face for me, sugarplum!”
"Out of our way! NOW!" Sarah Reynolds had a firm hold on my right, and Sergio on my left, as they steered me away from the photographers and into Honi'z Boutique opposite us. I kept my head down, my eyes watching for any press trying to trip me up with their big feet. The heavy oak doors swung shut behind us, and I looked up to find myself in the glorious presence of my favourite shop, Honi'z! I turned to Sarah, my PA.
"How did they know that I was going to be out shopping today? Who told them?"
"I don't know," she replied thoughtfully, frowning slightly. Turing to my bodyguard Sergio, she said, “We can’t go back out there with all those photographers pitched up. We’ll have to think of something else. For now though, get every security guard on this premises to watch every entrance and exit for stray pitchers. Go.” Turning back to me, Sarah broke a small smile. “So for now, you can amuse yourself and start hunting for a dress for the party tonight.” My eyes were sparkling with pleasure as I looked around at rack upon rack of the finest clothes known to present day! I love being famous…………. |
