Ok, this is kind of like a Bible study type thing so if you don't like those then you might not like this. I still encourage you to read on.

FOOD FOR THE SOUL

This study is about Jesus.
Some thousand years ago there was a baby born in Bethleham. His name was Jesus.He was sent to Earth by God to save everyone. God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to die for us. Jesus wasn't forced to come, though. He willingly came because He loved us so much. Isn't that just such awesome love! He died a hoorrible death to save us.
John 3:16 says," For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, and whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."
Jesus loved us so much that He came to Earth for thirty-three years just to save us. He spent thirty-three years in a flawed human body for us. Since He was in a human body He experienced temptation like all of us do. He was able to say no to sin. He experienced some of the same things we do. Jesus is able to understand us, because He's been there.
Before Jesus came people had to sacrifice animals for every sin they commited. They couldn't have a relationship with God either. That all changed when Jesus died on the cross. Jesus spent His whole life doing His Father's will. Jesus loves us and what He did for us proves it.
Just remember, Jesus loves you!
