That he only comes out at night

Does he think at all?

Does he have a name?

Does he think himself small?

Would he like to play a game?

Should I give him a glance?

Should I call to him now?

Will he ever know me?

Will he ever say a word?

Can he talk, can he see?

Can he fly like a bird?

Why does he shine?

Why does he shimmer?

Like a polished glass of wine

Do you see him glimmer?

Is he shy, is he smart?

Is he brave, is he scared?

Does he have a big heart?

Would he know if I cared?

Does he fall in love?

Can he ever smile?

Why does he sit up above?

Could he swim the Nile?

Does a star ever wonder?
