Dear Mom,

The phone lines here in Minnesota

Are down.

I'll write to you,

send the letter, sealed with a kiss.

Mother, Drake went overboard.

He was drinking and partying.

"STOP! You'll get sick!" I cried.

"HOW DARE YOU!" he screamed.

This wasn't MY Drake, mommy.

He was so drunk...

He took a gun

pointed to me.

"Please, Drake!

You don't know what you're doing!"

I screamed.

But the pain plunged into my shoulder.

Another into my ear.

The next thing I knew,

Drake was crying next to me.

I was in a hospital bed.

Here I am now,

in the same place.

Mommy,

I love...you.

Say..good bye...for..

me.

Remember.....

in your heart

There wil always be a part

of me.

Someday we will all be gone

but love-it will go on and on.

so i will be with you

even now, my dying day.

but pass my story all around.
