White light
Hides the night
From bright eyes
Before she dies
Gone so fast
She couldn’t last
To see dawn come
By rise of the sun
Black and white wrapped
Forever trapped
In a prison
Before the sun has risen
Trapped in black
No way back
The girl with bright eyes
Fell before our eyes
Never to see the sun
It’s all gone and done
A mournful song
Death before dawn
