Popping little poisoned pills,
Cures all your aches and ills.
Thin and tall,
Round and small,
Eat them up, eat your fill.

If the thought of sickness leers,
If it's pain and loss you fear,
Capsules and drinks,
The missing links,
Will wipe away all your tears.

One, two, three, and four,
Why not take just one more?
Aching throat,
Sugar coat,
Hiding all your injured gore.

Medicines are good for you,
Take them doubly, two by two,
Cyanide pills,
Take your fill,
More and more, through and through.

Cyanide, cyanide, bite down hard.
Bite on the frozen hardened lard.
Poison your body,
With pills soft and soggy,
With all of these remedies, you're sure to go far!

I've been sick and on medicine around the clock. Some of them are disgusting, others are good, but I just have to keep taking them, more and more.
