The next morning I was up very early.I couldn't sleep a wink after Lancelot kissed me. All i could think about was those dreamy lips .............o.o wow what if my parents knew that i had kissed him , I wondered. O_O I got dressed and ran down the stairs to the dining area. I was surprised to see Duke Winsor there. I curtsied " Your Grace". I recoiled when he bowed and kissed my hand. " Are you ready dear?, he said. Dear????? "uhm for what, your grace?", i said confused.
" why - laughing- have u forgotten already, we were supposed to go riding", he said. Oh was all i could say as he led me to the stables. He helped me mount my horse and got on his himself. We left the stable in a trot and went into the woods. While i was there, I saw a familiar figure on a horse. Dear God no, i thought as i recognised Lancelot.
We passed by him and as I looked back he looked hurt and confused. He turned his horse in another direction and headed back to town. I frowned then smiled at His Grace. Oh how i Loathe him. When i looked back again Lancelot was gone, he disappeared into the mist............................... |
