The next morning I found something next to my bed. I examined it closely and saw that it was...

A package from Harry. I opened it and inside was a picture of him and a note.
Dear Hermione,
I love you so much. Here is a picture from second year when we were hugging. That is when I fell in love with you.

Harry.
I put the box away and kept the picture. I changed into the same black outfit that I had washed and went downstairs. "Harry! Ron!" I called. They came over. "Yeah Mione?" Harry said. Ron kissed me. "Ya?" He asked. I blushed. "Follow me." I said. They followed me to an empty classroom and I we walked in. "Ron, Harry, I can't do this. I can't choose either one of you." I said. I took a deep breath. "So I will put a spell on all three of us so we cannot love each other as more than friends." I said. They nodded. "If that’s what you want." Ron said feebly. I took out my wand and pointed it in the center of our little circle. "Avanada." I said. There was a flash of blue light and I opened my eyes. Harry looked dumbfounded. "Hermione, why are we here?" He asked. "Ya! Lets go play exploding snap or something!' Ron said. Harry and Ron high fived and walked out. I followed behind but I couldn't help wondering why I still loved both of them after I had preformed the spell.
That night Harry Ron and I were sitting in the Common Room and I kept re-reading the letter Harry had given me that morning. One letter that he did not remember. I had the necklace Ron gave me on too. Harry snuck up behind me and grabbed the letter. "oooooo Hermione what’s this?" He said. He read it and looked confused. "It's a joke that Lavender gave me." Hermione said. "Wow, she can make her handwriting look exactly like mine." He said. "Hey!" Ron said running over. "What's your necklace say?" He asked and read it. "Ron loves Hermione..." He muttered. This time I didn't have an excuse. I ran up to my dormitory and burst out crying. *Why didn't the spell work?* I thought desperately to myself. I went to bed hoping that tomorrow wuold be better.
