I looked around the corner and saw Sonia, Venom had his hand clasped over her mouth, and he was grinning right at her. Fear seeped through me; the crowd of High Scholars was coming up behind me, when I looked back to Sonia she had vanished, while Venom leaned on the wall right in front of me. I gasped, he wrapped one arm around my waist pulling me into the storage closet. But Sonia wasn’t there.
“Stay quiet and you won’t get hurt.”
“Rapist!” I screamed kicking my legs wildly. He gripped my ankle and grinned pulling his waist between my legs.
“I’m not a rapist, unless you want me to be.”
“No! Let me go! Where’s Sonia! What do you want with her?”
“My, my, so many questions aren’t there? I guess there IS reason for you to come with me, huh?”
“No!”
“You’re grandmother won’t mind I promise you.”
“Let. Me. Go!” I growled.
“Stubborn aren’t we? I wonder what’s made you such a priceless item to Payne.”
“P-Payne?”
“Oh, I’m sorry Cosmo’s real name is Payne, didn’t you know that?” I tried to pull my leg away from his grip, but he was WAY stronger than he looked. “There’s no use in struggling, you’re never going to break free.” The door swung open as Cosmo punched Venom in the face.
“Leave her alone Venom.” I scrambled out of the storage closet, glancing back to the fight.
“Do you really want to fight here?” I heard Venom purr. “In front of all you’re classmates?”
“You remember where we fought last, I’ll meet you there again.”
“Fine with me brother.”
“Brother?” I gasped, oblivious to the fact that my peers were standing around me.
“I’ll explain at lunch.” Cosmo, walked away from Venom on the ground, before the teachers could figure out that there was a fight going on. |
