Like my first list, only this one if dedicated to all the members of TheDollPalace who make life, and writing, worth living/doing. I apologise, profoundly, if I forgot someone/lots of people. They are in no particular order, just how and when they popped into my head during the writing of said list. Small list. But, hey, it’s five past five in the morning [I’ve been up all night], so give me a break.
ONE: Sabrina. Is it just me, or can no one not love this little… prat? I mean, seriously. Not only is she talented, she’s also so undeniably sweet and painfully considerate. Sometimes, I think I’d like to hug her – and that’s saying something. I’m not a huggy person. In fact, I detest hugs, but Sabrina… she just makes me feel good about myself and my writing. She makes me feel included and important. In fact, I don’t think she even knows how much she means to me. Sure, I may not know if she’s dropped off the face of the planet until I stop receiving FB messages from her, or DMs, but I’d truly hate it if she vanished.
TWO: Toni. I could kill this one. Not really, I’m anti-violence, but seriously! I hate her so much sometimes. Untalented little brat… not really. She makes me so jealous – she’s got talent dripping from her nostrils [and she tries to deny it]. Actually, most of TDP does. I love her. Dearly. So much so that, when she’s a social worker and I’m rich, I’m going to fly over and get counselling sessions. Or fly her to me. I don’t know. But she’s talented. Probably in everything.
THREE: Lee. Lunatic my backside. Little Miss Talented [I’m so repeating myself]. I mean, really. She’s already got a bunch of people obsessed with OTBAH. I haven’t even read the darn thing and it’s all everyone can talk about – and complain, seeing as she hasn’t written it in so long, apparently. I suppose she needs to write more. Maybe, if she does, I’ll get my lazy butt around to reading it.
FOUR: xmizzmalaboox. Now, I don’t know this girl very well, but she’s SO sweet. I mean, really. She’s so darn flattering. I love her. She boosts my self-esteem [I don’t have much, apparently, and what I do have is ‘fake’] so much I should have a gigantic ego, which would result in the doctor needing to deflate my head. I might marry this kid. Or, kidnap her, go to California [is it legal to marry another person of the same sxx there?], and force her to marry me. My boyfriend would hate me. Forever. Then again, if I dragged her back to my wonderful little Australian home, I, technically, wouldn’t be married to her. Darn people and their religious only-opposite-sex-couples-have-the-right-to-marry bullcrap. I mean, gee!
FIVE: Erin. This kid, she bugs me. Really. Pretty sure she was commented on my story, saying something like ‘I don’t see why you think my stuff is worth even a comment’… something along those lines. Giving me a big head and berating herself. Somebody slap her! She’s a talented little prat and denies it. I might eat her… wait… anti-meat. Bleh. I’m so anti-everything. But, back to the point, Erin needs to open her darn eyes and READ everything she’s written. Fine, she may not write a masterpiece [none of us do, Erin, dear], but she WRITES DARN WELL. In fact, she writes BRILLIANTLY. |
