I love hearing about other peoples Sims and findin out how they play the game.So...if you wanna post stories and pics bout your Sims...thats cool.It would be fun to find out what happened to the already maxis made Sims on the game....like the Goths and Don Lothario....

Yup yup. I first stared playing the sims 1 when I was seven, and I was hooked from there. Then when sims2 came out I was broke so I made a deal with my dad that if I got all As and Bs (I was in fourth grade and was smart, but not THAT really good at spelling) he would buy it for me.

Now I have all of the expansion packs. I don't buy the stuff packs, though, I prefer downloading.

I say that if you are going to get the sims, buy the sims 2. It's quite a bit of money, but it's worth it. And if you don't have a very fast computer or an old PC, when limiting which expansion packs I say to choose Uni, NL, and Seasons. Pets get really boring and is pretty useless and OFB has some cool objects but you never really make businesses. You also might want to buy more RAM, a better video card lay low on downloading.

yep sims 2 is totally worth the money and i started playing sims 1 when i was 9 at a friends house then last year i played sims 2 at my other friends house and pretty musch became obsessed there

I'm addicted to it, but haven't been so mad because this object I downloaded frose vits of it, it was still functional, but my sims wouldn't budge. Had something to do with this mod called the roboticizer, And I've been to lazy to slowly re-introduce the content. Another thing: I had veronaville polluted by Zombies and other freaks, but it stoped working right. I had a ton of labs, outdoor and indoor, Guarded by Zombie watchdogs. XD, I had the Zombie apocalypse mod, the indoor ones were mostly mansions, (Take a hint) And I had mods in it which I used to amke all manner of extra-nasty Zombies, Including an immortality glitch/mod. Some labs had a whole wing full of modded in guns, freez, death and stink rays, assualt rifles, pistols, and a disease ray, Lol. And I made bits where I used mods to have robots, apart from servos that is, a list: Servos, Cyborgs, ExoBots, Attack bots, and robo- turrets. And then the Bio-Botanic Laboratory, where I had all manner of cowplant mods, I particularly loved that bit.

Well, I just got the Castaway Stories for PC (well, four days after its release) and I must say, although the content is extremely limited and SimPE doesn't have an update for it yet, it had us quite addicted for some time. I still am. I am so much looking forward for the custom content to generate out there for download for this game. I am also looking for expansion paks for this. Cuz I have way too much other custom content for my Sims2. So much that I have to reset my games and re-introduce my content every 4 months or so cuz it slows the game down after all the content has loaded. Plus I have more global mods and other little "shortcuts" than I should - hee hee - I must cheat to survive! But of the thousands of custom content items I do have, less than a handful of them have caused my game to fail. I guess I am lucky. Knock on wood.
