.:How to Make a Frame:.
 

Do you see those dolls that have these beautiful frames? Want one? Well look no further! Here's a little tutorial to show how YOU can make your very own!
Programs: Paint and the GIMP (I'm sure any other program will work as well.) I highly recomend getting the GIMP, mostly because it's free and it comes in handy with dolling.

1. Go on Google and search: Vectors, scrolls, or borders. Find something you like and copy/paste it to Paint.

2. Once in Paint go over the vector in a random color like neon green or bright red. If the vector is identical on both sides, you only have to go over half of it.

3. Now open GIMP and your vector. Use the select color tool on the bright color you used.

4. Copy the green part and paste it back into Paint. Color the black area white and the vector whatever color you desire. I'm going to leave mine green because it's much easier to glitter.

5. Copy/paste the vector to the other side to complete it. After that find another frame that is 250x250 and put it next to the vector.

6. Use the frame to make the correct dimensions for the new frame your making. After you have finished that, save it in PNG format, and you're done! Anyone is free to use this frame, AS LONG AS YOU GIVE CREDIT TO ME. Lol thank you!
