GIMP Gltter Tut(s)
 

I'm considering making a glitter tutorial/dolling tutorial for the GIMP...would anyone be interested? It's a free program and there are different methods for glittering.

Thats a great idea Bridie, If you have time a glitter tutorial would be fantastic & a help to anyone that uses gimp, or any future uses of gimp.
We could also refer people to this thread if there was a tutorial here.

A-o-kay! I'm starting with the basic, basic, basic stuff: how to add glitter tiles to your "library". I'll get into how to do HSV glitter and how to animate later, when I have time to screenshot/put everything together. Meantime! GIMP glitter 101: adding patterns.

Hey do you think you can keep making the rest of the tuts? I recently got GIMP on my laptop and it kind of confuses me.

Ah, yes! As soon as I do get time (not today though; busy and all). I still have to make the tut for the other way to glitter which involves HSV noise (and is what I have been using more of lately). Also, are you looking for a general doll-making/layering/etc. tut?

Yes, mostly general dollmaking.
