You can do that in any graphic program, it doesn't have to be MS Paint. Tho most computers should have it. If you really don't have it, you can get it here: ms paint download - Ask.com UK Web Search It's really the best thing to use for graphics, in my opinion.

how do u do the kiss though?i tried to but i couldnt find the right color to fill it in on the sides.but the blimk was really helpful!

If you're using MS Paint, you take the dropper tool (the one above the pencil) and select the main color of the face (meaning the tan part ^^)
