What does pillow shading mean? I apologize for my idiocy.

Pillow shading is when you gradually work your way to the lightest colour and... I'll show you:
 << Note how the highlights follow the same pattern of the outside. I can't really explain... But just view. XD

It is also very evil ¬_¬ Anywho, I've come back to this thread to try out the amazing hair tutorial. It's be even better if the doll was standing, but it's still amazing! ^_^
