Personal Dollmaker Help! Please Read!

READ BEFORE YOU ANSWER:
If you have a decent personal maker, with lots of clothing items, heads accessories and stuff, then I need your help! If you haven't got a personal maker please don't reply

Every time I upload a clothing item, body or anything like it, a white background appears on it. No good. I cut out the image on paint shop pro 8
and put a transparent background on it, but no, it still wont work!!! Please help me... I'm not allowed to download any other program, my mum will kill me lol. Can you please tell me how to do it??? If I cant do it on paint shop pro 8 then any other safe programs I can do it on?

hi, all you have to do is paint the background with the transparent option it will be like cancelling out the background it will be there but you cant see it. hope i helped.
