Yeahhhh it's a great theme \^o^/

Can you add some accessoiries ? Baloons, hats, confettis ? one on a layer or all on a same layer ? And can you do cosplays (clowns etc...) like in a children birthday party ?

Yep, you can do all of those... Layers should simply be logical.

Things that people can separate and reuse should be on different layers.

If you have 1 baloon, it should be on 1 layer. If you have 5 baloons in 1 pack they all should be in 1 layer. If you have 5 baloons in different part of the picture you have to make them on different layers.
