Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the dollmakers? I sent a request to the helpdesk several days ago.

Yes! Lately I've been unable to save dolls..it just never goes through. I sent a request as well.

it's starting to get really annoying. I wish it would get fixed already so I could enter contests.

So you can still enter them, even make them if you aren't premi I know many people are looking for more contest to pop up; unfortunately I lack the time to run any right now. there are a couple already up, though.

I've sent three requests to the helpdesk and I haven't received one word from this site. I pay for the use of this site and I feel ignored. I've searched the FAQ and the manual and they aren't ant help at all. It would be nice if I knew what was going on.

I understand your frustration; however, since the forum staff have no administrator access to any other areas of the site, there is little we can do about this. Since you've already contacted helpdesk, there isn't much to do but wait and hope the problem gets fixed eventually.

Though if you posted a more detailed description of what issues you're having with the dollmakers, perhaps some of us could offer alternative solutions. A few of our staff members use the site dollmakers quite often and might know of a workaround to your problem.

I cant upload anything to my personal dollmaker, and I just get a blank when I try to save anything from a dollmaker.

I can't think of a way to get around the upload issue, but I do have a suggestion about the saving dolls. You could always utilize the print screen button on your keyboard, which will capture an image of the entire screen, and then paste it into paint and crop it. This way you can still make dolls, though unfortunately with a little more hassle.

idk abt the upload problem but as for saving dolls an easier way instead of print screen you could just make the doll the way you wanted and then go into your album and viola there it is that is how i have been making my dolls

Tinks, I was about to say that. XD Anyway, you can still go into Paint after and edit and crop to your heart's content. As for glittering, check out my tutorial: Using Glitterbase To Glitter A Doll
