Post twisting bug
 

Sometimes when you post on a thread, you notice that your post has been "twisted" so it's above the post of the person who last posted. It's to do with the forum coding; cuz it hasn't been updated.

The only way that I know of to fix this is as follows (suggested by Wolfie):

1. Check the time of the last post on the thread. Example; say the last person who posted on the thread was Elanorea and she made her post at 12:32pm. You should view all posts posted as being in your own standard time, whatever that is; mine just happens to be GMT.

2. Check the time on your computer clock. Example; my clock says 12:30pm.

3. Wait til your clock shows a time past the time of the previous person's post. Example; I wait til my computer clock says 12:33pm, before I make my post. It doesn't twist, cuz the forum recognises it as having been made after Elanorea's, not before.

Also, don't post at, say 12:32; actually wait for the 33 minute time, for even if you post yours at the "same time" as the other person's post, yours will show up before the other person's. I know from experience, sadly.

Read something else online, watch a youtube video while you wait; that's what I do.

Well, the bug is getting worse or Elanorea has figured out how to time travel. It says her last activity(and she is online) was at 6:18PM... its only 6:06PM. That's a pretty big discrepancy. Clearly the lack of updates is causing this issue.

Bear wrestling AND time travel? Clearly, Elanorea is full of win. XD

It's really annoying when RPing; I end up having to wait til at least five minutes has gone by before posting, sometimes.

I wait until two minutes after tha last person's post time. Like, if Miranda made a post at 5:15 my time, I won't post until 5:17 at least.

Don't blame Elanorea, I time travel too.
