Ok...
I changed my checking account number this year. I called Paypal to make sure everything would be okay (re: TDP being able to charge their membership fee, since I was still using the EXACT same ATM/credit card number), and they said everything would be okay.
So, the membership due date comes and passes. It's a week later, and I get all these e-mails saying my premium membership has been canceled. I call Paypal, and they explain it's because I didn't update the bank account information... so, okay, I take 3 days to do that. Meanwhile, I'm e-mailing TDP to let them know of the situation, and to get them to try recharging the credit card, if that's the case. ...I call Paypal again, and they said they already fronted TDP the membership money, so TDP shouldn't have to recharge the card; I just owe Paypal the money.
I let TDP know of this, and they say I need to fix this situation with Paypal. Every time I call Paypal, they say to go back to TDP for help.
I've been premium for like 4 years now... why are all my e-mails to TDP being ignored, and answered with in "corporate speak" that does NOT resolve my issue? Why won't TDP just recharge my credit card or fix this with Paypal? Why can't Paypl help me?! I am SO irritated.
Any advice or ideas?
