What's up with ShUni V2 and with doll album?

I have two problems and I'm not sure if it's just me or if this is true for others.

First, I got the ShUni version 2, but there's nothing there, just question marks. Is this a systemic problem or just a problem I'm having for some reason?

Second, my animated or glittered dolls don't show up in my doll album. Is that normal?

the question marks show up for everyone just click the box with the question mark to view the props as for the album I am not sure

the animated and glitter props the album can't save its not like the file manager that can save animated things its just how the album works its kinda weird but also true,and shuniV2 they give you the ? marks probably they want to surprise u with the new props or something thats just my guess but i also beleive with delly1.
