Pop up blocker help!

For some reason when i build my dolls, they come up in a minimal sized window, that will not let me maximize it to save my dolls in my album. I have tried to turn my pop up blocker off to see if that helps and it does not. Is there some thing i can do to fix this.
I tried it in both firefox and IE, but both seem to bring up a tiny window that i can not maximize.

I am assuming you are talking about after you click the save button if so it just there to really show you your work and you can right click it and save image as and preview it where you have saved it in a larger format.

if you are talking about the building space to the right hand side there is the width and length just click the arrows next to the number its already at and increase it
