This is the third day the premium features have not worked for me. I took silent wolf's advice, and took a snap shot of the glitter errors, and the error I receive when i try to save anything. The print screens worked, however I cant seem to upload the snap shot here. Will someone else try , so we can get this matter resolved. Thank you .

I told you, use photobucket.com to upload the pics. If you can't sign up there, use Imageshack.com.

SIlent Wolf, I know you told me..thank you...I was simply stating the problem I was having uploading to photobucket..and asking another for some help. I will try the alternate site you listed. I also wanted to point out to you , that I was being as polite as possible through out this thread, I enjoy the doll palace very much, and I do not normally post in the forums. I was directed here by support through an email ,to resolve an issue with the doll makers. Thanks again for your help, maybe I can get it to work this time, and Ill post it here.

Thank you Silent Wolf, I believe I managed to finally post a screen shot of the errors. When I use the glitter feature, I get a blank box with a red X, instead of the item. When I do get the image and click it to the build space, I also get the same box with the red X. This seems to happen around 8pm Eastern standard time, (usa).

PM support with all that, and politely state your problem. Support can't get on here 24/7, but rest assured, she will sort it out as soon as she can.

Thank you Miranda..Im still learning to navigate my way around. I believe I have correctly sent the problems to support.

We run out of space on one of the servers and did not spot it in time. I think the problem has been corrected couple of days ago. Thanks everyone for bringing this up.
