Draven shrugged. "I'll be going to McGonagal to report her; see you at breakfast, Dulce." He then walked off down the corridor. Dulce sighed, then walked to the Great Hall. She sat down at the table and buttered herself some toast.

Draven found Professor McGonagal and related what had just happened in the hallway. Professor McGonagal listened carefully, then said, "I'll speak to her. I won't tolerate any rudeness to the prefects." Draven nodded, and then walked away. He went to the Great Hall, and sat down at the end of the Slytherin table. His owl, who was, unusually for an owl, coloured black, dropped a letter on the table next to him. He gave the owl a piece of bacon, before opening the letter. He sat reading it with a scowl on his face.

Circe came and flopped down next to Dulce. "Phew, Quidditch tryouts were murder! That Endoh girl is a good flyer, I made her a Chaser. Managed to get another decent player as Chaser and a good Beater too. I'm starved." Dulce smiled at her friend. "Good to know we've got a good team going now." Circe said, "Well, I plan to work them hard from now on." She looked over at Draven. "Check out the little ray of sunshine over there. How you can stand working with that guy is beyond me." Dulce replied, "He's not so bad... you've just got to take him in the right way."

Dulce said to Circe, "This Gryffindor rubbed him up the wrong way today... true, he can be a bit of a moody sod but then she just goes and makes it worse by arguing back. He wound up taking 50 points from Gryfindor, that might seem a bit excessive but she did cheek him." Circe thought this over then replied, "You're right; Draven is an a**hole, but he's also a prefect and no student has the right to cheek a prefect."

As usual endoh finished breakfast before everyone else and started to read.
Cory spoted Endoh "Hey Endoh" He said as he was walking over to her Sighing she put her book down "Hi" "Uhh.. sorry about what I said yesterday" "It wasn't your fault," "So... I heard your the new chaser," "Yeah, it wasn't too hard, and I could of done better..." |
