The streets of Paradise were as usual packed full of people going about their daily lives. The streets were full of various vehicles that travelled via hover power rather than on wheels like ancient models, and the clear tubes looped around the tops of the buildings. A cinema nearby had posters advertising not only new films, like the recent horror movie "Irregular Invasion" which was about a group of murderous Irregulars breaking into the domes and causing devastation, but also classic films from the 1990s.

She stared up at the buildings, feeling very... well, it was a weird feeling. She didn't quite feel outcasted, just out of place; she wondered for a moment if this was how Fry felt in that old, old Futurama show that she watched every night. Born in the wrong time, then woke up in one that was still just as wrong.

A girl dawdled past Diane, arm in arm with her boyf. She shivered deliciously as she saw the poster for the horror movie.
"Oh, let's go see this movie tonight!" she said to her boyf. "I love horror movies!" The meeting over, Sanura left. She decided to walk to the nearest grocery store to pick up some food to make dinner with. Her walk took her past the cinema; but instead of the girl's reaction, Sanura sighed. It was going to be very difficult to attempt unification if all Utopians thought like that about Irregulars. ![]() |

"It's a remake of Irregulars Invade Part Fifty," Diane said, tiredly. "A better choice would be the new remastering of the original The Thing, which is playing in the old dollar cinema down the road. Far better quality, far more terrifying than a bunch of mutants coming in and trying to take over."

The girl turned. "We know that weird creatures like in The Thing don't really exist, tho," she said. "What are the odds of something like that appearing, anyway?"
"I've seen on the internet that they're remaking a lot of the classic horror movies," the boy said, eagerly. "And they'll be in 3D, too!" 3D movies now were a lot different to how they were back in the old days. Now tho, the technology had advanced considerably so instead of putting on a pair of glasses, you put on a headset which made you feel as tho you were actually in the movie, watching the events happening from the street or thru a window. The internet was different as well; again, a person put on a headset which transported them to different places that they could see for themselves, rather than simply thru the medium of a computer screen. ![]() |

"Startlingly high given the whole scientific experimentation thing. The only thing that could ruin the movie would be if they implied that the Thing is an Irregular who was frozen." -__-

"Guess you're one of those Ufools then," the girl said, turning away with a sneer on her face. "Seeing as you're standing up for the mutants, and all."
Her boyf did likewise, annoyed at Diane's refusal to talk to him, and the couple went into the cinema together. ![]() |

Diane snarled under her breath, but the two had gone inside before she could properly snap. She clenched her hands into fists and her nails made her palms bleed, and she hurried on down the road before she could lose her cool further.
