"Alright," Phelan replied, and turned to walk towards the armoury. He still thought it strange that the Cats should be so prudish about getting dressed; he and the other Wolves along with Ari who Phelan thought of as a Wolf were fine about dressing in the open. After all, they couldn't yet take their clothes with them; there was a way of doing so, but the magic was lost.

Lucy was finishing in polishing a sword when Phelan arrived. He liked the weight of the thing in his hand; too bad he'd had only a little training with one.

Remy was carefully fletching arrows; the work suited him, since he was used to stealing, the delicate work was something he was good at.

Victor carefully sharpened the last throwing star as Phelan entered. The Wolf didn't really like using throwing stars; they were too fiddly for his liking. But Ari was an expert in both them and kunai, the knives which could be either thrown or used in the hand. She had also taught that knowledge to Victor.

Lucy didn't notice Phelan at first, and made a few imaginary passes with the sword; he had some raw skill, but he obviously lacked experience.

Phelan, noticing this, spoke. "Perhaps you'd like some training."

[spirit_queen]

"Do we even have time anymore?" Lucy asked.

[Miranda_]

"There'll be time on the boat to show you the basics," Phelan replied with a shrug.

[spirit_queen]

"That would be nice; at least I wouldn't be helpless. What could we teach Aza?" Lucy wondered aloud.

[Miranda_]

"Since he's a healer, he wouldn't be required to fight as well if he doesn't want to," Phelan replied.

"Ari could maybe give him a run down of the basics of hand to hand just in case."

"That'll do; I don't want Aza helpless. I mean, he's generally not, but it'd be nice to know he knows something, y'know?"
