Felina had worked ceaselessly to try and keep all the warriors safe; she'd even gone out in the storm, risking her own life, to fetch wood to pile in front of the entrance to the temple to keep the wind out. The building had shaken during the more savage gusts, but the makeshift barrier had held. There had been leaks in the roof that they could do nothing about, but simply had to put up with. Felina had fretted all thru the days of the storm, as she worried about the Princess.

Phelan had kept the fire burning thruout the days, banking it up with damp wood to keep it in one spot. When the damp wood dried out, it was used as fuel. There had been enough food to go round, even with the cats as well, but Phelan still longed to go and hunt. Laika had a lot of skill as a cook, and had managed to make meals that stretched the food supplies as far as they would go, but still were nice to eat.

"Alright, Shiki, let me see how your wounds are doing so far.." Stripping off the bandages one by one, Ivory could see the wounds were healing nicely even the major ones. He expected in a week or two they should be healed with little to no scars.

Smiling brightly, his blue and gold eyes sparkling, he applies more ointment and redresses the wounds. "Your wounds are healing beautifully!" He turned to Harley and patted his arm, "Thank you for taking care of him, I can see you two have become close. Well, I have a sick warrior to take care of. Have fun you two and Shiki remember to take it easy, your ribs are mending themselves." Gathering up his stuff, Ivory gives them a final smile and turns on his heel, his creamy yellow dress following his movement as he walks away.

Shiki was grateful for their healer, she was such a nice lady and was always smiling, if she wasn't smiling she was worrying about other people. His tail lightly swayed and he looked up at Harley, ears perked up and large eyes shining. He made his first real friend and he was so glad for them to meet. Harley was so nice to him and allowed him to sleep in his lap and follow him places. He felt safe around him, but he often wondered if Sissy was doing okay and if the other Wolves were treating her okay. He hoped they were.

Kioren glanced up into the clear blue sky as he was perched upon a new outcrop of stones. A rainbow decorated the sky, he knew the young lord would love it. Shaking his head, Kioren gazed off towards a particular direction, mainly towards the direction the Wolves were with the princess. He was waiting for Felina to make a command for them to go after the princess. He wrinkled his nose and huffed a little before returning to gaze at the rainbow.

Felina supervised the packing up of what little remained to them after the storm, then called all the warriors together.

"We must go to the caves," she said. "We have been separated from the Princess for too long; we must go and see if she is alright. She will have been worrying about her friend Shiki, too."

"We should ask him," Damien said, nodding over at Harley. "He should know where they went."

[Miranda_]

"Good idea," Felina replied. "That would save us a lot of time."

The Snow Leopard warrior walked over to where the wolf was sitting with Shiki.

"Do you know where the rest of the wolves would have gone?" she asked Harley.

"We need to go and find them, and see if my charge the Princess is alright."

Harley looked down at the snow leopard woman -so opposite from his little friend- and nodded. "The only reason I stayed behind was to show you where to go, but the storm started before I could do so." He stood up, gently scooping up Shiki and setting him on the ground.

Damien was a little surprised that the wolves had thought of something like that.

Felina was surprised also, but made sure that her surprise didn't show on her face.

"Will you show us now?" she asked. "It is very important."

"Of course; that, and I know for a fact the caves will be in better condition than these old buildings," Harley said.

[Shmiley]

Shiki hops up onto the couch before jumping as high as he can and landing on the man's shoulders, his arms wrapping around Harley's head while his legs dangle against his chest, a broad smile taking his lips. "We're going to get Sissy back?"

"I would also feel much better if we were all together and not separated," Felina replied.

"It would also be easier to make plans about what we are to do. We should send out scouts to assess the island, but that can wait til we reach the others."
