"We'll have to," Phelan replied. "It wouldn't be a good idea for us to sail a boat all the way to Felidae to drop them off first. We'll have to take the Birds with us too, for the time being."

"Nice to meet you, Jackie," Remy replied. "I'm Remy. A raven."

"Okay," Harley said with a small smile; he was selfishly glad because that meant more time with Shiki.

"It's nice to meet you, too, Remy. I'm a, well, wolf." She smiled.

Shiki held on to Harley's hand a little tighter and smiled down at him.

"I guessed," Remy said, with a laugh.

"I'd better go and talk to Cecy," Phelan replied. "I'd also better tell her about Ari."

Harley smiled at Shiki. "Hear that? You're coming with us to Canis."

Cecy was nibbling on some food with Aleta, still.

Shiki smiled, "That sounds great."

Jacqualine chuckled, "Is your daughter a raven as well?"

"That's right," Remy replied. "Her mother was as well, but I think she takes after me, completely."

Phelan didn't waste time, but went straight up to Cecy and told her that they would all be going to Canis as soon as Harley was well enough to travel.

"And there's another thing," he said. "I thought I should tell you this before you met her; our Beta, Ari isn't a Wolf. She's a Cat, a Cheetah. I didn't think of that before, cuz I'm so used to thinking of her as a Wolf cuz of how she acts. She's lived with the pack for years, ever since Ulricha the Antos found her on the battlefield."

She smiled, "Ah, so she has your hair and eyes?"

"You'll love it there, Shiki," Harley said.

"What, really? Wow, that's pretty amazing. I mean, you integrated her into your society, and then she worked her way up!" Cecy seemed extremely excited by the idea.

Shiki grinned and gave him a kiss, "I can't wait."
