One thing that Ty hadn't mentioned was that altho he had never created another vampire like creature like he and his family were, his father Mordred had. This particular person was sitting at a bar downtown, not talking to anyone. His name was Liam Emerald, and Mordred had created him simply out of nothing but pure nastiness; Liam had broken into the Redfern mansion to kill Mordred, for he believed that he had killed his parents.

Mordred had caught him, and to punish him for believing something which was in fact false, had used the power he had been given to make Liam into a vampire like creature the same as he was. Liam still hated Mordred for doing so, even tho it was at least seven centuries after the incident.

Also in this bar, just coming through the door, was a 'young' woman by the name of Regan Redfern. Although she looked to be in around her early twenties, though was actually several centuries old.

Unlike usual, she was wearing neutral and 'respectable' going out clothes instead of glitzy clubbing ones, and had left down her blonde hair instead of doing it up in a new, fancy way.

She looked around in excitement, then went over to the bar. She patted the seat next to Liam.

"Hey, is this seat taken?"

[Miranda_]

Liam moodily looked up. He didn't recognise this woman as being a Redfern at all; his anger being focused just on the male members.

"No, you can sit there," he replied, turning back to his drink.

[Sarah_K_O_M]

Regan sat down, made herself comfy and ordered a drink. Her first impulse was to buy something light and oddly coloured, but instead she bought wine. She sipped it.

"So, you come here much?"

[Miranda_]

"Only when life gets too boring," Liam replied. He stared down into the depths of his own glass, which contained ale.

"I get bored with life a lot, especially since the enclosure."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"Well, it's better than being ripped apart by demons." Regan said. "And I don't know, I think it can be interesting."

[Miranda_]

"Demons wouldn't give me any trouble," Liam said.

"I killed one once."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"Well, one's a bit different from an army." Regan replied, then tilted her head. "But you killed one?"

[Miranda_]

"Centuries ago, after I was made into a vampire," Liam replied.

"It tried to attack me, but I killed it by draining all its blood."

[Sarah_K_O_M]

"I've heard of that happening, but never someone managing to kill one with it." Regan said, fascinated. "You must be really good at fighting. Are you in Nightwatch, or already done your time?"
