"I'll try those then." She pulled them on and was extremely happy to see that they actually fit. "Awesome." ^_^

[Miranda_]

"We can go to the first aid centre, then we can go find some food."

[Silent_Wolf]

She nodded. "Thank you, Lonnie."

[Miranda_]

It didn't take much time at the first aid centre to get Nikita's foot dressed and bandaged up; the people there were used to all kinds of people coming there for medical attention. The centre was run by charity and the people there were volunteers who'd been trained in first aid.

After that, Lonnie took Nikita to the soup kitchen which was run by another charity; this one, instead of providing first aid, provided hot meals to the homeless community.

Lonnie went over to Nikita. "Feet are different sizes," he said. "You need to wear shoes that are the right size for your feet."

"Absolutely," Jerome said. "I'll use the credit card, we can go anywhere you want," he told her.

"Can we go now?" Rain asked. "I have finished breakfast now."

Nikita instantly gravitated toward the pasta. It reminded her of the place with all of the pretty ocean; though this was tomatoes and all, not chickeny broth. Ramen, the voice in her head told her irritably. It was ramen and it was better than this tripe. Shhhhhh. she scolded the voice.

"Yeah, right now," he said with a chuckle.

Lonnie had the same; he liked pasta as it filled him up. He again looked curiously at Nikita; there was still that oddly familiar something about her, which he could not place.

Rain smiled happily as she left the apartment with Jerome.

He let her borrow some of hi shoes, and they went immediately to the mall. "Um, we should -um- get you... undergarments first," he said, blushing profusely.
