"The clothes are free, too," Lonnie said. He got up and walked towards the entrance of the alleyway.

"Come on; we can get cleaned up, get you some new clothes and have your foot seen to, then we can go eat."

[Silent_Wolf]

"O-Okay." She followed him out of the alleyway and unconsciously covered a horn with a hand; while still barely visible under her crazy mess of hair, she felt vastly uncomfortable.

[Miranda_]

At the homeless clothes place, Lonnie picked out a wooly hat for Nikita; he thought that her clutching at her horns meant she was cold.

"I never thought about outside much," Rain replied, after giving the question a lot of thought.

"There wasn't much point. But I suppose I thought it would be much like what I knew."

Lonnie had left Nikita alone at her request; he felt nervous about the girl, but still wanted to help her.

"Oh. Well, now you can get a taste of freedom," Jerome said. "How do your feet feel?"

[Miranda_]

"Feeling a lot better today," Rain replied. "I can walk on them now."

"That's good... um... what do you say to going out and getting you some, ah, women's clothing?" Jerome suggested.

[Silent_Wolf]

Nikita was grateful and actually gave him a small, nervous smile. She picked out a better pair of jeans that weren't quite as torn up as hers and a warm purple sweater. Other random bits of clothing not noted for lack of importance. XD Though when she found a pair of shoes, she was baffled as to why they were too big for her feet. "Why don't they fit?" She wiggled her toes, confused.

"Alright," Rain replied. "Can I choose it?"

Lonnie went over to Nikita. "Feet are different sizes," he said. "You need to wear shoes that are the right size for your feet."

[Silent_Wolf]

"Oh." She picked up the shoes, frowning. "... I'm just worried they'll hurt my feet once I get it looked at."

[Miranda_]

"Wear some soft shoes, like these ones," Lonnie suggested, showing Nikita some ballet pumps.
