The Night World {RP}

Chase was flicking through her phone on a park bench, letting Medea know it had been successful and she was looking forward to eventually introducing Raziel to others of the Night World.

[Miranda_]

Medea sent a text back in congratulation.

[Silent_Wolf]

Chase squealed in light glee and relaxed on the bench, a big grin on her face. Oh, what to do next?

[Miranda_]

Medea also sent a message to tell Chase that as far as the Council was concerned, not to worry.

In fact, Nofret had gone up to Las Vegas for that very reason. She'd arranged to meet up with Mordred Redfern in order to ask him to square things with the Council, telling him the pre-arranged story that Raziel had attacked Chase, and she'd had to bite him in order to save herself, as she didn't want to kill a human unnecessarily. Mordred had nodded at that, and told Nofret that he'd inform the Council of that, and that there wouldn't be an investigation. Not when there was more important things for them to deal with, like a pack of rogue vampires operating in Des Moines.

Chase stretched out on the park bench to wait for Raziel, a contented smile on her face. While she hadn't minded not having someone around - she was used to a solitary life - it felt... kind of nice knowing she had a soulmate. The concept had felt like bullsh*t before, but she supposed that was the result of not having one herself.

[Miranda_]

Raziel eventually finished washing himself, changed back into his regular form and went to meet Chase.

Chase looked up at him, upside-down. "So, how was it?" She grinned and sat up properly, crossing her legs one foot over the other. "Future chases more... exhilarating."

[Miranda_]

"It was alright, better than I thought it would be," Raziel replied.

[Silent_Wolf]

Her grin settled into a calmer smile. "Good." She stood up and offered her arm; she was wearing her jacket, so less chance of a connection. "Let's head back; there's still more to teach you."

[Miranda_]

Raziel took Chase's arm. "There can't be much more, surely?"
