Clover said, "You're making me feel hungry. We could eat our lunch that we packed now, while we're waiting for the fog to clear, couldn't we?"

"Lunch sounds fantastic," Glory replied.

Clover began to unpack the saddlebags with a sigh of relief. There was enough lunch food there for all the ponies, including Ruby and Mitta.

"Noms!" Stargazer exclaimed in delight.

Clover thought to herself that this had to be the strangest place she'd ever picnicked in.

Scuttler loud out a loud belch. He was a colt, after all. "Soo....what's the plan for after lunch?" he asked before digging into his food again.

[Miranda_]

Lightning immediately said, "We go and talk to the townsponies. After all, what can they do to us? Ruby and Mitta would be safe here, and we can fly or use magic. They'll have to listen to what we have to say."

Clover added, "Plus we have proof that cutie marks aren't bad, cuz I got one after using my magic earlier."

Scuttler thought about this. He asked, "But, wouldn't they be mad that you confused them?" He was starting to get really worried again. He still had a soft spot for clover and didn't want her to get hurt by a potential angry mob. He hoped some pony else would understand his concern.

"If they're mad, we just use magic or fly," Lightning said, rolling his eyes with impatience.

"Of course, if you're going to be a coward, you can always stay here."

"We can show them how irrational they're being, explain that curses don't exist and magic is a wonderful thing with rules and such," Stargazer chirped.

"I'm not shying away from this," Glory said.
