"So how does it feel?" Karin asked, adjusting one of her gloves. She was starting to doubt that whether she'd actually be able to stop the boy if he did get out of control. Her own powers wouldn't be much use against his, after all. But hopefully he realized that even when letting all he.ll break loose, there were limits.

[Miranda_]

Of course, if there was an emergency, Karin could activate the collar and Diego's powers would be abruptly cut off. The remote control was handed to her by the assassin who was to fly the small plane.

Diego looked at Karin and grinned. "The best thing ever," he said. "Finally, I get to cause chaos and destruction, just like they promised."

Karin took the control, and slipped it into a cleverly hidden pocket.

"I suppose that's what most teenage boys want, whether it be in a video game or in reality," she snorted.

[Miranda_]

"Not that you'd know anything about that," Diego said with a smirk. "Anyway, that's what the boss promised; for once, I get to do exactly what I like, without you or that stupid Russian telling me what to do."

[Cheshire1996]

"Well, technically I am meant to be making sure you don't hurt yourself, so I'm going to give you some advice I usually find useful. Don't pi.ss Arkady off, itnisn't worth it'" Karin replied. "And, truthfully, I've had far too much experience with teenage boys".

[Miranda_]

Diego laughed. "What can he do to me, even if I do p*ss him off? I can turn his powers back on him. Anyway, I won't get hurt; I'm hardly going to use my powers to hurt myself when there's innocent bystanders around to hurt instead."

Karin rolled her eyes, "just try not to make enemies for the sake of it".

[Miranda_]

"The stupid Russian already doesn't like me, I can tell," Diego said with a laugh. "He gets mad every time I don't pronounce his name right. Serves him right for having such a stupid name in the first place."

Karin sighed and gave up arguing, "it looks as thought we're getting close".

Diego grinned happily at the thought of causing mayhem. The pilot brought the small plane down on a concealed airfield. He would wait there til Karin and Diego returned.
