"So it brightens your eyes?" Rose said. "Huh. Wonder ow mine would turn out... not curious enough to let one turn me, though..."

Axel frowned as he caught sight of several other politicians leaving the previous meeting, "look, I've got to go. I can get permits that allow us entry by tomorrow but it won't look good if I start missing meetings, so I can't talk any longer. Would it be fine to drop by in the morning, say seven-ish, with everything we need. Flights should be easy enough to find."

"Sure; call us once everything's set up," Star replied to Axel.

To Rose, she said, "Not brighter as such; just with a silvery tint. Liam says his eyes were more emerald colour back when he was human, but of course, there's no way of showing you that. When he was human, there were no cameras and only rich people got their portraits painted."

"I like his accent... er, rather, the one he's trying to cover up; he sucks at sounding English. Someone should just tell him the Irish one is sexier," Rose said.

"That comes from back when he was a kid," Star explained. "The Irish were despised. I'm not sure about telling him just yet; he'll probably go into a massive sulk and we need him at the moment."

"Aww, emo vamp?" Rose said. "don't worry, I'll leave the matter be... for now..."

"That would be best. Leave it til after we're done at the hospital."

"Then he can be emo over the fact that I called him sexy... sort of backwards-sounding when I put it like that," giggled Rose.
