"Eh, wish my power could do more than destroy, but, luckily, I have many talents unrelated to my power," Lance said.

"We'll try and get in and out quickly. Of course, those X-geeks will be there, more than likely, trying to interfere."

[spirit_queen]

"Eh, nothing I can't handle; since you got the perfect lock-picking power, I'll be the look-out and guard for you when your back is turned," Lance said.

[Miranda_]

"Thanks." Louise smiled at Lance. "The moment it gets dark, that's when we'll go."

"Sounds perfect," Lance said.

Meanwhile the X-Kids were getting ready.

"Okay, once you get there you'll be listening to Scott and Jean, understand? They've been on the most missions and are more experienced with being in control. Remeber to be careful, the last thing we need is publicity, especially bad publicity," Storm lectured.

Rogue said nothing, taking it all in. She hoped that the mission would go off without a hitch.

Jean had already talked to Scott about the methods they'd use; one key element to their plans was silence. If alarms were set off, then the mission would end in failure.

Vaughn was nervous, but he was actually quite the expert at being quiet; it was more or less his natural state. He was determined not to mess up this first misson.

Kitty looked nervous as well, although she'd been on missions before thisone of the first major missions the students had been able to pilot themselves. There was also the added press of the fact it was the Brotherhood they'd be up against, which meant Lance and Louise could quite possible be there.
