Louise got out of the car and followed Storm into the mansion. She decided to wait to ask questions til she'd met this man that Storm had talked about in the car.

Rogue came back into the living room and sat down. "Kurt isn't anywhere," she reported. "And Storm just came back from the mall. There's a girl with her."

"A girl? What's she look like?" Rahne asked, curiosity peaked.

"New recruit?" Scott asked Rouge.

She wouldn't have the chance to answer, Storm walked in, showing Louise the way.

[Miranda_]

Louise stopped short. She'd seen these teens at school, tho she'd never spoken to any of them. Louise tended to keep herself to herself at school. She didn't know what to say.

Rahne raised a hand in greeting. "Hey there."

Storm stopped, "Scott can you round everyone up, Rahne can you get Professor X and Mr Logan. Kitty, Rouge, Louise come with me, we have lots to talk about. We can say hello when things are sorted out..."

"Sure thing," Rahne said, dashing off. She knocked on Xaviers' office door, then said," Hey, professor X, Storm's got a new recruit for ya, last seen in the living room."

Rogue shrugged and stood up. "Sure," she said.

Louise still said nothing. She was glad enough to go with Storm. Tho she didn't mind the others, as such, something about Kitty set her teeth on edge.

Scott set about finding everyone else.

Kitty followed Storm and Louise, wondering what had happened to bring Louise's mutant powers to the teacher's attention.

Louise was impatient about finding some answers to her questions. She could hardly wait for this Professor X, whoever he was, to arrive.
