She didn't mention the unsolved problem of what to do about Omega Red. There was no point in discussing it.

*a little later*
The army consisting of tanks and soldiers marched on thru the town. They had met with no resistance before and so were not wary. However, this time, they would have been better to be so, as the X-men ambushed them just outside the town. The civilians were there, safe behind Darkstar's dark matter walls, and the tanks could not make any impression on it.

Scott let loose several optic blasts, the majority if which were aimed at the tanks. Disabling, if not blowing them sky high, as quickly as possible would be best.
Storm flew up, summoning a strong gale and using it to rip groups of soldiers off their feet and send them flying backwards. The sky darkened above her, a sure sign that this was only the beginning. Kitty stayed intangible for as long as her breath allowed her. Occasionally she would stop for a short breath, before moving back in to action. Needless to say guns had no effect in her, and although small she took down several soldiers quite easily.

Jean used her powers to airlift soldiers up into the air, dropping them so they were knocked out. She also floated their guns away from them if she could.
Paul changed into various mutants; Sabretooth and Emma Frost among them, to fight the soldiers and their tanks. As well as utilising the powers of who he changed into, the rapid shapeshifting also helped to confuse those he fought.

Rahne did her best to inflict minimal wounds while in wolf form.
Vaughn, who was light on his feet and very agile, froze the soldiers and then could knock them out with precise blows he'd been taught.
