Louise did likewise. She pointed out that she had already brought down a Sentinal, so she had experience which was needed here.

Rogue wanted to go inside the base. She felt that she would be better off doing so, as her powers weren't offensive.

Rahne quietly asked Paul what he was going to do.

"I don't really mind; my powers would work either way," Paul said. "I might join the inside group and you should, too; we might come accross some Sentinals inside the base."

Jean said that she would stay outside and fight the Sentinals.

"I think I'll go inside; a wolf might not be big help against robots, but my nose could help in finding the Senator; I still remember the whiff I caught of him on Magneto."

"I'll go out," Kitty said, though she knew that would mean working alongside Louise and Lance. Like Paul, her powers could be useful in both situations, but she was hoping that sticking with her better judgement would not only help the team but prove that she gotten over what had happened in the past.

"I will too," Scott said, his powers would obviously be more use in fighting off Sentinels than finding the Senator.

[Miranda_]

"Once we're inside the base," Rogue said, "We'll have to try and find the Senator as quickly as we can. We want to get in and out fast so that we can blow the place sky high; we can use the remote to set the bomb off once we're safely outside."

"I can track him as a wolf," Rahne said. "That way we don't have to waste time checking all the rooms or even checking the most likely spots."

[Miranda_]

"That makes sense," Rogue said. "Plus we need to keep our wits about us; there might well be Sentinals inside the base that we'll have to deal with."

"I can deal with that, as can Wolverine, I'm sure," Paul replied.

"Got that right, bub," Wolverine scowled.
