"I know... especially the ones with extra... bits. Like tails, or a third eye, or something," Rahne said. "At least the ones with odd hair and eyes could pretend to dye their hair, or something."
"That must be the worst," Paul said. "I hear that those kinds of mutant are targeted by that Friends of Humanity group, probably cuz they can't fight back."
"Idiots," growled Rahne. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself. "...maybe we shouldn't talk about this in school, I got really close to going wolf there."
"That wouldn't be a good idea; that's what the Brotherhood are doing, pretty much," Paul said. "All it does is just fan the flames, and makes the Friends of Humanity think that they're right when they say that all mutants are like wild animals."
"Try telling that tot he Brotherhood; they'd never listen," Rahne said. The bell then rang, making Rahne jump practically out of her skin. "you have your schedule, right? I'll show you to your first class and point out where the others are on your school map."
