Scott passed on the message to Jean, who was in his class again.

"So waddya make of that, she managed to pick out the worst person in this place to get friendly with..." Scott shook his head as he walked next to her.

[Miranda_]

Jean sighed. "Perhaps we ought to tell Louise about the Brotherhood, before it goes too far," she said.

[Cheshire1996]

"yeah, at lunch, or after school. If we get caught late for class you know what comes next. Professor X wouldn't be too happy." Scott said.

[Miranda_]

"Better make it after school," Jean said. "We don't want to cause a scene right in the middle of the cafeteria, and we can make sure we get Louise alone after school. She knows that we have more training after school so she'll be easy to catch."

[Cheshire1996]

"Right," Scott nodded.

*later at lunch*

[Miranda_]

Louise was of course sitting with Lance.

Lance had bought some lunch for himself and bought some cookies for Louise.

[Miranda_]

Louise was liking Lance more and more; even enough for her to consider telling him about her powers. Somehow, she seemed to sense instinctively that he would understand.

"Can I show you something?" Louise said, after they were done with eating lunch. "It's something weird that I can do, and I don't know if anyone else can do this."

"Yeah, you can trust me with anything," Lance said.

[Miranda_]

Louise looked around; no-one seemed to be watching her and Lance. "Watch this," she said.

Louise pointed her fore finger at the table and concentrated. A small white finger bone fell out of the top and hit the table top, rolling in a circle.
