Wendy carefully yet casually looked around to make sure no one was around to pay them any mind, then sad in a low voice, "I could always tell you the best books on dragons in the library, make you a list; last ear, I read up on them. I don't remember all the details form my reading and stuff, but I remember which books were the clearest and most details and things like that."
She kept walking casually as she said this, and kept her tone sort of off-hand, as if she were discussing something of little importance; she'd learned that if you behave casually like this, like you weren't hiding something, people rarely paid you any mind. Why should they? Most of the time, the thought you were discussing something unimportant, having some sort of small-talk.
